A List of what I think.

This isn't me telling you how you live your life. It's how I live my life, and I know that somethings might contradict others, but some times you need contradiction.

1. Be happy for other people.
2. Want other people to be happy.
3. accept things, move on. (I swear, this really helps.)
4. get in fights. 
5. some hills are worth dying on.
6. Sometimes it's better to let someone get mad.
7. Everything is worth it.
8. Hitting rock bottom is not bad.
9. People that have died loved you.
10. Drinking helps, but art is better. 
11. Don't be so against things.
12. It's okay to fail.
13. Moving back to where you came from is a good thing. 
14. Love your parents. They love you no matter what. 
15. Find 5 good things about everyone you consider a friend.
16. Find 10 if you have high expectations.
17. Expectations- set the bar low with everyone. raise is higher if they can get over it.. if they can't, well then that bar needs to be lowered.
18. Try something new.
19. Try and see the other side of the story.
20. Everyone gets upset.
21. Don't be too quick to judge.
22. If you can't keep a journal, keep a blog. 
23. If you can't keep a blog, find one person that you can tell EVERYTHING.
24. Retelling a story is OK. retelling a story 14302346 times is not.
25. Support local business.
26. Hair grows back.
27. giggle.
28. be the only not ticklish person ever. 
29. Don't just flat out say no.
30. Think, but don't over think.
31. Repeat yourself. Some time you might mumble (even if you know you didn't that person that asked you to repeat yourself might have something going on that is greater then you).
32. Don't tell me to shut up.
33. Wear something fun. Break the mold.
34. Follow a schedule. But allow time to be spontaneous.
35. It's a lot easier to let people out through a door then out of your life.
36. Don't use your horn, but get road rage for 3 minutes.
37. Listen to a bunch of different music.
38. Learn how to dress your body.
39. Go to a thrift store. 
40. Stay Health!
41. Buy something really expensive.
    

Life Entry: History.

OK- I know this is an art blog, but it's also my blog, and I'm going to post about my life time and again.
So here are a few updates, more for me to remember, but you're more than welcome to read.

This is my tumbler(left). It holds hot and cold drinks (not at the same time). I got it at my work! I'm very happy with it, and it's the best color in the world! The fact that it holds both hot and cold drinks doesn't really matter to me because I'm only drinking water! No, I'm not trying to lose weight, but according to this blog entry, since water doesn't have any calories, it's very good for weight loss. So if you want to lose water, drink water only! What I like about this is that when I go out to dinner with friends, I don't have to worry about a 3 or 4 dollar drink! By using the tumbler, I cut back on using plastic bottles! I started water only on April 21, it's been 6 days already. Wow..I wonder how much weight I've already lost.. haha jk!

Another thing that's coming up, PROM! Good thing I'm trying to lose weight! jkjk! I had a pink prom dress that a friend wore last year, but I was at a thrift store in Dennis called Wicked Thrift. It was amazing! The woman that owns the place is so rad! And the best part, I found my dress, purse, and over coat, for 50 dollars!! I'm going to post the pink dress on Craigslist.org and hopefully get some money! I've very excited! I'll post pictures later of the pink dress and then of what I end up wearing!

 My friend, Lyza, had this idea. And at first, I was just going to be her photography. But then I started thinking about it.. And we're both doing it. And that's all I'm going to say about this for now.


Another thing, I've been talking to my exs A LOT lately. finish this later.

High Contrast

High Contrast plus Awesome Videography Equals SO GOOD.
I listen to Jay-Z. Get on my friggin' level. I normally don't pay any attention to music videos, or what the members of whatever look like ("OHH! The leader singer from **#$*^RUJ is soooooooo hott!). The only thing that matters to me is the music. But I heard that the Drake's "Forever" music video was really good. And so I checked it out, and it was! Very inspirationally. But then I saw over the onte right side this music video, and being the fan of Jay-Z that I am, I discided that I'd check it out as well.

Well I'm really glad I did. Not only is the rap good, (duhh) but the video is AMAZING. All the black and white with the high contrast... eek! haha just watch it! I love it.

Captin America.

What I've been up to: I'm thinking about starting a little business. I've been making wallets of different styles lately. I have this AMAZING catalog; it is at least 800 newsprint pages of student art work for the School of Visual Arts in New York City. I need a wallet that can hold my cards and the register for the debit card, and I haven't found one that does that without being too bulky.

So What I've done, using the catalog and lots of packing tape, is created a very functional wallet for myself. Since I have OCD, the tape does not have that many bubbles. I must say, I'm very proud! And it's Captain America! So cool.

What I obsessed with: formspring.
I know. Wicked lame. And sometimes rather offensive. But whatever.. haha

Anime Boston

So this is the second year that I didn't go to Anime Boston! The last year that I went was in 2008. To be honest, I though I was over this phase.. I'm really only into Sailor Moon and Fruits Basket now anyways.

Sailor Moon: This was my all time favorite show when I was younger, and as I got older, I got into the manga. Have you tried buying any of the first 10 books off ebay?! It's crazy! They cost so much money! But this past summer, I downloaded the COMPLETE series. and watched. I am such a nerd.. hehe 

Fruits Basket: When I first started reading the series, they were only up to about volume 11 or 12. When the 16 volume was released, I finally went online and read the rest of the series (because it takes a while because the the translations, this stuff takes time!). They story line is soooo good. It changes after a little while, and kind of took me by surprise. I'm not going to lie, I cried at the end. For my first Anime convention, I went as the main character, Tohru Honda. I had the summer school uniform, and the yellow ribbon that Yuki gave her.

Anyways, Anime Convention became way to expensive, and the last time I went, I didn't really have that good of a time (although that could have been because of the people I was with). You waste your money away in the dealers room, and I didn't even really go to the events that they held. This year, I'm bumming because when I signed on to Deviantart this morning, some of the artist I follow had journal entry about Anime Boston. I MISS THE ARTIST ALLY. If you ever get a chance to go to an anime convention, make sure that you drop all of your money in the Artist Ally. The last year that I went, found that most of them had a deviantart, so it would be easy to keep up with them.

Schin Loong : I love her work. This piece to the left is of Luna, the cat from Sailor Moon. Yeah you're all like, "What? Cat? That's a lady..?" Buttt if you followed it like I do then you'd understand. BUT BACK TO THE ART.  She uses this wonderful combination of watercolor and digital. They're just amazing! The piece to the right is a self portrait! She loves her tea!

PS- As far as twitter goes, I've had a problem with not having my tweets private, and other people have felt the need to go and show other people what I've written. SO, I only have people that I personally know follow me. Sorry you guys! I can tell you're all really bumming.
